$4.08 per 1000 up to $500,000 of sales price
$3.60 per 1000 up to $1,000,000 of sales price

Standard Owner's Policy
$3.90 per 1000 for 1st $100,000 of sales price
$3.40 per 1000 up to $500,000 of sales price
$3.00 per 1000 up to $1,000,000 of sales price

If Owner's Policy is purchased, the Lender's Policy Simultaneous issuance fee is $100.

Lender's Policy
$2.90 per 1000 for 1st $100,000 of loan amount
$2.40 per 1000 up to $500,000 of loan amount
$2.00 per 1000 up to $1,000,000 of loan amount

Reissue rate is available with a copy of current Owner's Policy that is less than 10 years old.
